After
reading about the Herbalife Weight Management and Business Opportunity on an
Herbalife Independent Distributors website I decided to get in touch and try
the weight management programme as part of my New Year's resolution 2009.
I've also decided to use some of the methods that Paul
McKenna purports will help me to come to terms with food!
One: put your knife
and fork down between mouthfuls. - This slows down the meal.
Two: leave a forkfull of food on your plate
to finnish your meal. - This shows you are not 'ruled by food!'
Three: only eat when you are hungry! - This makes sure you
don't snack!
2009
02 January - Emailed an established Hebalife Independent Distributor
to become Independent Distributors in our own right and 'give it a whirl'. Where
else can you establish a business for £82.00 delivered that also starts
you down the road to a healthier diet!
08 January - The starter pack was delivered but we weren't home to open
it!
10 January
Weighed in at Boots the chemist: Weight 22st
4lb / 141.9kg - Height
6' 2" / 1.88m - BMI = 40.2 see photo.
My trousers are 46" / 116.84cm but I did have a 'muffin top' hanging
over the waist band too. Tops vary between a comfortable XXXL and snug XXL (depending
upon manufacturer).
Opened the Starter pack and started
going through the Herbalife 'International Business Opportunity' folder and other
publications.
Watched the 'Welcome to Herbalife' DVD.
The Herbalife starter pack also included Herbalife Core Products to start
off my weight management programme:
