Graham Beven - New Year's Resolution 2009 Weight Management

New Year's Resolution - Bring my ever increasing body-weight under control with the aid of Herbalife products and other remedies.

One: put your knife and fork down between mouthfuls. - This slows down the meal.

Two: leave a forkfull of food on your plate to finnish your meal. - This shows you are not 'ruled by food!'

Three: only eat when you are hungry! - This makes sure you don't snack!

 

1  February

Breakfast: 4 crumpets with ASDA olive spread / tomato juice / tea (skimmed milk / no sugar) - 1 Herbalife (Formula 2) Multivitamin - 1 Glucosamine Sulphate 2KCl 1,000mg.

Lunch: replaced lunch with a vanilla flavour Herbalife (Formula 1) Healthy Meal Nutritional Shake Mix and 1 Herbalife (Formula 2) Multivitamin. 

Dinner: haggis, mashed potatoes, carrots, broccoli - 1 glass red wine - 1 Herbalife (Formula 2) Multivitamin.

Snacks: 1 apple

Drinks (other than with meals): Tap water / 2 Herbalife Thermojetics instant herbal beverage drink (original) / 1 Tea (skimmed milk /no sugar).

 

2  February

Snacks: managed today without snacking.

Drinks (other than with meals): Tap water / 1 Herbalife Thermojetics instant herbal beverage drink (original) / 1 Tea (skimmed milk /no sugar) / 2 glasses red wine.
