This is not entirely an un-biased Herbalife Formula One review as I actually want this product to work!

I started using Herbalife Formula One as part of my 2009 New Years resolution attempt to bring my weight under control and found that although I thought the Herbalife Formula meal replacement was expensive to start with at around £25.00p (GBP) for a 550g canister but have thought more about this since; as a canister makes around 21 servings of meal replacement shake - that's just over £1.00p per meal - not that expensive really even taking into account the skimmed milk and the added vitamin complex (Formula 2).
