Weight Loss.

Having felt the need to control my weight, look and feel fitter, as well as improve my health, I turned to a product line that has been changing lives since 1980.

As I approach the age of 60 (May 2009) even a modest amount of weight loss for me is likely to reduce my risk of serious illness and consequently I'm likely to enjoy a better, healthier and longer life.

When I weighed myself at Boots the Chemist on Saturday 10th January 2008; I weighed in at 22st 4lb / 141.9kg!

We know how hard it is to stick to the discipline of any rigid diet. That's why I chose to manage my weight loss with products that contain essential nutritional elements as well as tasting good too.

After 2 WEEKS (24th January) Weighed in at Boots the chemist: Weight 21st 13lb / 139.6kg - Height 6' 2" / 1.88m - BMI = 39.9. 2 Week weight loss 5lb / 2.3kg / TOTAL WEIGHT LOSS 5lb / 2.3kg

After 4 WEEKS (7th February) Weighed at my daughter's house: Weight 21st 10lb /  ** 2 Week weight loss 3lb / **kg / TOTAL WEIGHT LOSS 8lb / **kg

After 6 WEEKS (22nd Febuary) Weighed at Boots the chemist: Weight 21st 6lb/  ** 2 Week weight loss 4lb / **kg / TOTAL WEIGHT LOSS 12lb / **kg

After 8 WEEKS ( 8th March) Weighed at my daughter's house: Weight 21st 4lb/ ** 2 Week weight loss 2lb / **kg / TOTAL WEIGHT LOSS 14lb / **kg

4th April - Weighed at Boots the Chemist: Weight 21st 0lb/ ** 5 Week weight loss 4lb / **kg / TOTAL WEIGHT LOSS 18lb / **kg
